Bring Your Little One Exercise Classes in Chew Valley

Want to exercise with your baby?

Baby-friendly exercise classes where you can bring your baby along are a great way to boost endorphins, make new friends and show your little ones from a young age just how incredible exercise can make you feel. We’re lucky to have lots of options in Chew Valley, from post-natal pilates to high-energy CrossFit workouts, there’s something for every mum out there.

TUESDAY

Pregnancy & Post Natal Pilates with Chew Valley Pilates

Learn exercises that strengthen your whole body in a way that’s appropriate. Babies are more than welcome to come and join in too. At Yeofit, Blagdon.

Fitness Class with NP Fitness

Nicola runs a ‘bring your little one’ fitness class at Chew Stoke Church Hall on Tuesdays. The class is designed to raise heart rates and build a little strength.

You are welcome to bring babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, and in the holidays feel free to bring older children too.

WEDNESDAY

Post Natal Strength & Fitness with WiseFit

With Louise Wise at Yeofit Glym Wednesday’s 9.30am, and mum’s can come to the beautiful Yeo Valley canteen for a coffee and chat afterwards. 

THURSDAY

Fitness Class with NP Fitness

On Thursday’s Nicola runs two ‘bring your little one’ fitness classes – at Wonderland Chew Valley and Chew Stoke Church Hall. The class is designed to raise heart rates and build a little strength.

You are welcome to bring babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, and in the holidays feel free to bring older children too.

Parent & Tot Tennis

These fun group sessions at Pensford Tennis are designed to get both parent and toddlers moving! This group is for toddlers and preschoolers who can get involved rather than babies.  

EVERYDAY

CrossFit Chew Valley

Whilst the popular gym doesn’t run specific bring your baby classes, they allow parents  to bring their children as long as sensible with what’s going on.

Personal Training Sessions at YeoFit

YeoFit is a personal training gym. You have options to to have personal training sessions with Lynne Joyner or Louise Wise, both of whom are happy for you to bring your baby.
